A Luxurious Reimagination

Queenstown's iconic Stanley Street is poised for a transformation with the exciting renovation of the Four Seasons Hotel. This project goes beyond a simple update; it's a thoughtful reimagining designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood.

Blending In, Standing Out

The building's geometry contributes to a more human-scaled feel. Strategic "stepped" sections created by the site guidelines effectively reduce the structure's overall mass and presence.

The hotel gracefully navigates the corner location with thoughtfully designed landscapes and balconies. These elements open to breathtaking mountain and lake panoramas, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the stunning natural surroundings.

A Rooftop Retreat

The rooftop garden and lounge area are designed to be a true highlight. Rather than imposing on the skyline, space will gracefully step back from the building's edge. This creates a dedicated outdoor gathering area where guests can relax and soak in the magnificent bay views below. This thoughtful design ensures a visually pleasing transition from the hotel to the majestic mountain range.
